For meme site 3 we have: Imgur.
We've chosen this site as number 3, the bottom but certaintly not worse,
as we believe it holds great beginning material, substantial enough to start off on, but not enough to stay with forever.
That's not to say there isn't some worth while stuff, such as:

• More then just memes, it also hosts numerous other topics for image posting and art work.
• A clean, simplistic UI and design that is easily recognizable and easy to navigate
• Many images and gifs uploaded are often in high quality resolutions with little to no pixelation
