Ithaca is in the Finger Lakes region and is known for its lakes, forests and vineyards. There are plenty of things to do in Ithica and at a decent price. Lake George is such a beautiful town. The lake has many beautiful beaches as well as plenty of trails to walk. You could even rent a cabin on the lake for a weekend. The views at lake george are sites to behold that you will find totally worth the effort of going out there.
