Websites

These are the websites I made in my website design class. They are pretty simplistic and get straight to the point. The shopping website was a little challenging as I had a hard time understanding the code for PHP. Overall it was fun learning how to make websites from scratch, since there are websites that do all the heavy lifting in the background now.

Game/Coding Projects

This is a simple game I had to make for my final in one of my classes. It is a platform game in which the player has to collect coins in order to get a pill that will allow them to jump up to the next level. As the levels increase so do the coins enemies and difficulty level. This project took me about 2-3 weeks to finish. The most difficult part about this project was figuring out how to get the enemies to shoot the player and hit them as well as getting their reload animations to work right. Looking back at this project I realize I could have added some more mechanics since it seems like it is lacking something, like a time limit on collecting coins or something. I hope to improve in my skills as the next semester comes.

Other Projects

The onion skin animation is something I made in my storyboarding class. The assignment was to make something abstract that was about a minute long. I just randomly started drawing dots and then went from there to make something totally interesting in my opinion. The pixel art is a project I made in the intro to game course at SUNY Canton. It is supposed to be a fox with wings. I Really liked the color scheme I picked for it since it compliments so well. I did make a gif of the fox running, but I lost the copy of it unfortunately. Luckily this one survived.
